Kelsey Dawson

Kelsey Dawson has been a Registered Provisional Psychologist since 2024. She specializes in psychoeducational assessments, teen counselling, and working with LGBTQ+ clients.
Prior to her work in psychology, Kelsey spent five years working at the University of Alberta in student admissions and advising, including work on educational panels for teachers and healthcare workers with the Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services.
Kelsey practices from a person-centered lens first and foremost. Her modalities include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and feminist therapy.

Holly Kibbins
Holly Kibbins is a Registered Provisional Psychologist. She draws on diverse professional experience, including providing therapy as a counselling intern for teenagers and adults at a not-for-profit organization, working with neurodivergent and disabled children and their families, and completing an undergraduate psychology internship supporting workers with physical and psychological injuries at the Workers’ Compensation Board.
Holly has experience counselling teenagers and adults with a variety of concerns including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, assertiveness, grief and self-esteem. She has supported children, teenagers, and adults with autism and ADHD, and has experience working with children with physical and intellectual disabilities and their families. Holly values creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

Clifton Pinder MA in Counselling Psychology, Registered Provisional Psychologist
Clifton has been a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta, at Integrity Psychological Services, since 2025. Clifton has seven years prior experience in British Columbia as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
Clifton has provided counselling services at hospital on the palliative care unit, at a First Nation reserve community, and at a K-12 Christian school. He has also worked extensively in support programs for high-risk youth. Clifton’s diverse BC background includes roles as an army medical assistant, and as a Search & Rescue team member.
A devoted husband, father of five, and grandfather of eight, he brings a faith-based, trauma, and attachment informed perspective, with deep respect and compassion for all to his practice. Clifton tailors his approach using evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy, creating safe space for clients to explore challenges and work toward goals.

Caelin Richmond
Caelin Richmond has been a Registered Psychologist since 2024. She specializes in working with neurodiverse individuals, providing counselling and assessment.
Caelin spent several years working frontline supporting individuals with disabilities, and later creating behavioural support plans for individuals and teams supporting them. Her background continues to shape her approach in centering each individual’s experiences to create a supportive, collaborative space to create understanding.
Throughout her counselling education and practice, Caelin has focused her work on supporting teenagers and adults with autism and ADHD. Moving into assessment was a natural extension of that journey to further support individuals in understanding themselves and accessing the resources they need.

Meredith Shaw
(She/Her/Hers)
Meredith is a registered psychologist who has been working in the mental health field for 16 years. Meredith started her career in the school system in roles such as teacher, youth support coach, resiliency-building program instructor, and high school counsellor. She later transitioned to work with adults and has worked as a Mental Health Therapist at an on-reserve health centre and a Crisis Line Counsellor for multiple crisis phone lines.
As a therapist, she values empathy, non-judgement, and authenticity. She is informed by both Eastern and Western perspectives, and is drawn to holistic body-mind approaches to therapy. Her sessions often include breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
Meredith works with individual adults, teens and couples. She has particular expertise in working with trauma, addiction, parenting and grief. She especially enjoys working with autistic and queer clients. Her therapeutic work is informed by modalities such as Hakomi, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Grief Recovery Method. With couples, she integrates Non-Violent Communication, Emotion-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapies into her work.

Dr. Christina Spinelli
(She/Her/Hers)
Dr. Christina Spinelli has been a Registered Psychologist since 2023. She has provided psychological counselling for 10 years; working most often with emerging adults on relational challenges, intergenerational conflict, existential issues, and self-compassion. In addition, she has sought training in sex and couples therapy, mindfulness, as well as queer and kink affirming care.
She views therapy as a collaboration guided by humility, honesty, and humour. It is a space of authentic connection where curiousity and creativity can thrive, where the chaos of life can be felt, and where the courage to display one’s humanity is honoured.
Christina is a Chinese-Italian-Canadian who has called three provinces home! The blend of cultures has taught her to deeply value family, history, community, and (above all else) delicious food. Outside of work, she enjoys Lego, mystery novels, British panel shows, and theatre!
